The entire staff was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely at ease. I required a significant amount of work, and the staff treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process, never making me feel judged or uncomfortable. The quality of care was outstanding, and their level of compassion and attention to detail truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking excellent care from a professional, caring, and dedicated team.

I had a wonderful experience at City Arts Dental! The receptionists were very welcoming, friendly, and informative from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable and were happy to answer any questions I had. The dentist and dental assistant were extremely thorough with my cleaning and took the time to explain their recommendations for maintaining and improving my dental health. I really appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for my care.

My first appointment here as a new patient went very well. I got done x-rays and a treatment plan and was pleased with my experience. What mattered to me was thoughtful treatment planning and not feeling like extra items were being added on without good reasoning. Staff were well-mannered and pleasant. I will return to receive services and update.

Dr. Ayoki makes it very clear that she's all about her money first & not the service. ALSO, if you decide to schedule when you find it necessary, it becomes very noticeable how suddenly you are harassed with appointments you never make & find pain in area's of your mouth that never existed or appeared right away if you go for something minor, you'llend up with pain elsewhere! I assume it's a way to get you back to the office faster for the expensive procedures. Disgusting strategy! I had fillings done that are extremely thick and caused pain for more than a month. She was unable to adjust/shave them down properly & now I wake up in pain EVERY DAY from gritting against the lumps. She also aggravated a bad tooth purposely which now feels infected or something. I can't eat much of anything, it feels like electricity when I bite anything, even my husband is UPSET. I'm afraid to ever go there again. And she has a very sarcastic unprofessional attitude. No thank you to that type of service, in any establishment for that matter. Very unfortunate cause the location was great for me! God help herπŸ™

I'll start with the good. The front receptionist and two dental hygienist assistants I encountered were very nice and professional. They are the reason I'm giving stars at all. The resident dentist, Dr. Ayoki, was the downfall. I came in December 2025 for a cleaning but after scans and lots of waiting, I was told I needed a deep cleaning & 2 fillings, which required new appointments. I recieved an estimate and treatment plan. Great. Finally made it back this month. Confirmed the plan and price. 1st appointment, I paid half of the total and was instructed the balance would be collected at appointment #2. Cool, but then the dentist was in such a rush she didn't allow the numbing spray to kick in before administering the needles. This was beyond painful. During the 2nd appointment to complete the cleaning, they requested a much higher payment then what was presented in the insurance approved treatment plan. I asked to have it adjusted and reviewed by the insurance again. In the end I still ended up paying more than planned. This felt like a intentional money grab. A hour pass my appointment time, I was taken back. 15 minutes later I'm numbed up and given the shots. Still painful. But
